  1. Our women participants were very happy to be part of the program.
  2. The women were very excited because it was their first program.
  • What did not work so well?
  1. we initially face some internet connectivity problems but this was restored immediately and everything goes as planned.
  2. Due to the inexperience of the participants with the wiki interface and system we have taken alot of time in demonstrating before the finally catch up
  • What would you do differently next time?
  1. we will try our best to tackle unforeseen problem and make every necessary things available before the events.

Transportations of 3 facilitators for pre-training visits: 50 x 3 days 3 $150 $150 I used this money to cover the transportation of 3 facilitators for this project via various vendors.
Face masks and Sanitizer 2 $75 $150 We used this amount to cover the cost for Covid19 protection products, face mask and sanitizer.
Data Subscription and router hire 2days + 50=250USD $250 This covered the internet cost to participate in the campaign sessions and training.
Customized Wikipedia shirts 5 and pens and joters 5 $30 $150 This covered the cost of facilitators customized shirts and caps.
Training Hall 2 $190 $380 This amount is for Training Hall rental
Projector and Laptops rentals for 2 days 2 $180
promotion material; stickers, fliers and Pamphlets 3 $50, 80, and 110 $250 This amount is for design and printing of banner, fliers and tags.
Refreshments 2 $300 $300 This was used to cater participants by providing them with Tea and lunch.
