1. What is your promotion plan?
You can do a campaign involving billboards or rickshaw announcements to promote a Wikimedia projects, such as Santali Wikipedia, at different places in a city. You can promote an online campaign such as Wiki Loves Monuments on Facebook, Twitter, etc using ads. You can also create gifs/slideshows or other easy to make multimedia files and use them to promote your project on social media.
- I can promote wikipedia project in NCT by teaching the students how to create new user account, articles and how to edit articles in wikipedia since thwy are learning basical aspect of Information Technology.
2. How will you let your community know about the promotion campaign?

I can let the community know about the promotion campaign via social media handles in Facebook, whatsapp, twitter, telegram and physically. I will also let them know via Hausa Wikimedians User Group [Discussion page and Hausa Wikipedia

3.Do you have any experience in promoting Wikimedia projects either online or offline?
Were you involved in a similar project in the past? Do you have any other experience related to online/offline promotion?
- Yes! i have really. Because i am a wikipedia editor and the member of Hausa Wikimedians User Group. I attended several wikipedia promotions and events hosted by experienced editors in person of Em-Mustapha wikipedia awearness, wikitionary, wikidata in Kaduna state and Abubakar A Gwanki Wikipedia editathon, wikipedia awearness, wiki_for_human_right in Kano state and Kaduna State. With these i have some little experience .
4. What is your post-promotion plan?
What do you plan to do after your campaign ends?
- I am planning to teach, motivate the students on wikipedia project and emphasizing on contributing in wikipedia by creating more articles, editing articles and much more contributions. It will also implement a potential impact of recruiting new editors.

6. Is there anything else you want to tell us about this project?
- This is a very important project especially to the students that finished secondary schools and are about to go to universities. Especially, in our communities, most of students failed to do assignment given by teachers we are encountering same problem in our institute when the assignment is online of things due to the lack of understanding what wikipedia is. Most of our people misunderstand wikipedia as a historical/biography website instead of academic site that they can make more researches.
