• What worked well?

1. Collaborating with DSC FUNAAB proved successful and really helpful.
2. Usage of the computer ICT centre made the environment more conducive to learn.
3. The students were happy due to the knowledge gained.

• What did not work so well?

The participants who attended were much more than what we planned for as more students showed huge participation.

• What would you do differently next time?

Make sure students confirm their participation before the program.

• Food and drinks, Tea & buscuit: $13 * 35 * 2days = $910

• Local transport for facilitators travelling: $52.53 * 3 = $157.59

• Accomodation: $35 * 2 * 2 nights = $140

• Participant packs (folder, Wrist bands, pen, wikidata cheatsheet, stickers) = 5.77 * 25 = $144.45

• Branded Wikidata shirts(for 4 facilitators and 3 best participants: 10.50 * 6 = $73.5

• Online digital banner and Photography coverage (camera rental) = $131.32

• Certificate of participation = 2 * 35 = $70

Total budget = $1,938.24
