We will create a WhatsApp group for further mentoring and growth.

This project will further put more activity to the newly formed wiki club: Wikimedia Fan Club, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta by engaging and recruiting more editors. Also create better visibility for Wikidata at the region.

This is the budget breakdown for the Project ( Conversion rate according to Oanda380.74

  • Venue (at a subsidized amount for the two days due to an existing partnership with the school as the fee only covered the power, screen and sounds: $236.38
  • Internet = $78.79
  • Food and drinks, Tea & buscuit: $14.47 * 25 * 2days = $723.5
  • Local transport for facilitators travelling: $52.53 * 3 = $157.59
  • Accomodation: $47.27 * 3 * 2 nights = $283.62
  • Participant packs (folder, Wrist bands, pen, wikidata cheatsheet, stickers) = 5.77 * 25 = $144.45
  • Branded Wikidata shirts(for 4 facilitators and 3 best participants: 10.50 * 6 = $73.5
  • Online digital banner and Photography coverage (camera rental) = $131.32
  • Certificate of participation = 2.62 * 25 = $65.66
  • Miscellaneous(Logistics, Bank charges, Disposable masks) = $39.39
