Learning

edit

Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

  • What worked well?
  1. The Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment was happy to receive us and eager to partner with us.
  2. Event targets largely reached
  3. The people in the Centre for Memories, Enugu were excited about the User Group and promised to collaborate with us every way possible.
  4. The project helped add new Community members to the Igbo Wikimedians User Group. Develop a new Hub in Anambra State.
  • What did not work so well?
  1. Due to the busy schedules of the commissioners, we were unable to meet with some of them.
  2. As a result of the 2019 General Elections, we are yet to sign the Memorandum of Understanding with the Anambra State Ministry of Information and Public Enlightenment.
  • What would you do differently next time?
  1. We would allocate more days and time to enable us accommodate the busy schedules of the government officials.
  2. For the election, we can only exercise patience until it's over and everything goes back to normal.
