- At the end of this project, we would have recruit and train up to 20 editors on Wikidata and Wikipedia editing.

- User:Johnjoy12 (Project Lead); will be facilitating and coordinating the smooth running of the awareness event. Train editors on how to create and edit Wikipedia articles and how to improve and create Wikidata items.

- Event Hall = $200
- Food and drinks = $10 x 20 participants = $200
- Internet support for participants = $200
- Router for internet connection during training= $50
- Souvenirs for participants $20 x 20 participants = $400
- Local running for Project Lead = $50
- Customized shirts for 20 participants @6 each = $120
- Hoodie for Project Lead = $20
