Project Plan

More than 2000 books are there to be proofread in Tamil wikisource for the past two years. The pace of proofreading is slow. With just less than 10 active editors. Only 52 books have been proofread so far. So to increase the awareness and editor engagement the contest is proposed.

The contest focus of the proofreading concept in Tamil wikisource community. Currently the number of active users are very less.

Through banners in Tamil language wikimedia projects, embassy notification in Tamil language wikimedia project. Through userpage notifications of Top/active/recent contributors. Through social media

3. How will you judge the contest and award prizes?

4. For photo contests, what is the strategy to get images used on projects?

5. Is there anything else you want to tell us about this project?
