Request reallocation of intern funds

Rationale

Digital Public Library of America is proposing the following budgetary reallocations from our initial grant proposal. After a reassessment of the work we realized it would make more sense to focus the project manager’s role on the work of the project, rather than have that role supervise an intern for one month. We would like to move the intern’s one month salary at $3,000 from that line item to increase the Developer’s time by one half-month, (new total of $29,022) and to adjust the Program Manager’s role from 1 month at full-time, to 4 months at part-time to see the work through completion. (new total $13,725).
