وجدنا أن ثمة نقص في كتب تتعلق بتراث فلسطين التاريخية المادي واللامادي على منصات ويكيميديا، ولهذا سنعمل مع مجموعة من الطلبة الجامعيين الفلسطينيين في الجامعات الإسرائيلية، لإثراء وتوثيق هذا المحتوى على منصات ويكيميديا، لتصبح متاحة للجمهور القارئ للغة العربية والمهتم بالتاريخ الفلسطيني لا سيما ما قبل النكبة (1948).من أهم ما تصبو إليه مشاريع ويكيميديا هو ضم منخرطين جدد في العمل التطوعي، وتعد الجامعة بيئة جيدة للاستثمار فيها، خاصة أن توافرت شروط التواصل والعمل الجماعي، لذلك سننظم ورشات تدريبية لمستخدمين جدد من الطلبة الجامعيين لتعريفهم بالعمل التطوعي في مشاريع ويكيميديا وبالأخص ويكي مصدر وويكي بيانات وويكيميديا كومنز بهدف تشجيعهم للانخراط في المجتمع الويكيميدي التطوعي، وتُختم بإنجاز صفحات في ويكي مصدر وإدارج بيانات ورفع كتب. المواد التي سنعمل عليها تتماشى مع سياسات ويكي مصدر العربية وكومنز.

ستكون النشاطات الرئيسية مرتكزة على ورشات تدريبية للطلبة الجامعيين بما يقارب 25 طالب خلال فصل دراسي (أربعة أشهر). سنعمل عليها وجاهياً وعن بُعد، الشهر الأول لقاءات أسبوعية بغية التدريب، ومن ثم لقائين بكل شهر من الأشهر الثلاثة المتبقية، مع المتابعة المستمرة للصفحات والتعديلات التي يعمل عليها الطلبة أثناء وما بين الورشات، وذلك لتعزيز مهاراتهم في استخدام منصات ويكيميديا لمشاركة المعرفة والتعاون في مشاريع جماعية، بواسطة وسائل التواصل المتاحة. نعمل كذلك على جمع المواد التعليمية اللازمة وتوثيق التدريب من خلال الصور والفيديوهات لتدريب الطلبة على ويكي كومنز.

الفريق هم: إيناس ويكيميدية ومستخدمة نشطة في ويكي مصدر العربية. Inas.khateeb Nehaoua ويكيميدي وإداري في ويكي مصدر العربية. NANöR ويكيميدية وإدارية في ويكي مصدر العربية.
وسيكون المشروع بالتعاون مع جمعية الثقافة العربية (حيفا) والمجتمع العربي لويكي بيانات. المهام الرئيسية للفريق:
1- تحضير المواد التعليمية وجمع البيانات. 2- المهام الإدارية: إدارة وتسيير الورشات التدريبية لمدة 4 أشهر وتقديم الدعم المطلوب. 3- الإعلام والإعلان: مشاركة مواعيد وتحضيرات الورشات في المنصة المناسبة للطلبة. 4- التواصل والتوثيق: جميع الاتصالات المطلوبة مع جميع أعضاء المشروع من خلال الوسائل المتاحة (المجموعات، البريد الالكتروني،…)، وإعداد التقارير النهائية والمطلوبة.

المستهدفون هم الطلبة الجامعيين الفلسطينيين في الجامعات الإسرائيلية. سيكون المشروع وجاهياً وعن بعد وسيُعلن عنه عبر صفحات الجمعية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والبريد الإلكتروني ومن خلال التنسيق مع جمعية الثقافة العربية (حيفا).
سيُدرب الطلبة وتوَفّر لهم المواد التعليمية والتدريبية والأمثلة عن أعمال موجودة، وستكون المتابعة عبر لقاءات الزووم ومجموعات الواتس اب، وأيضا متابعة المشاركين من خلال نشاطهم مدة شهرين ما بعد انتهاء الورشة، وتقييم النتائج من بعدها.

هذا المشروع يسلط الضوء على جانبين بالتوازي: الأوّل تمكين الطلبة الفلسطينيين (المتدربين) وكشفهم على تراث فلسطين التاريخية؛ الثاني كشف الجمهور العام على تراث فلسطين التاريخية من خلال منصات ويكيميديا. نهدف إلى صقل مهاراتنا في تدريب المستخدمين الجدد لويكي مصدر العربية والمشاريع الشقيقة ذات الصلة (ويكي بيانات وكومنز) وتوفير مواد تدريبية للجميع. وسيكون ذلك بتقييم نتائج (مع استبيان نهائي) انجازات الطلبة من تصحيح وتدقيق صفحات ويكي مصدر، ومن استيعابهم للعمل الجماعي عن طريق الرفع والفهرسة وغيرهما من الأعمال التي تتطلب عملا جماعيا ومهارات تحريرية، ومتابعة مدى انخراطهم في العمل التطوعي. هذه الورشة وهذه المجموعة ستكون الأولى، إذ نسعى لتكرارها في السنوات القادمة مع مجموعات طلبة جُدد.
