The change we trying to bring with the "Wikimedia for Housewives Involvement Awareness Campaign" is to increase the participation and engagement of housewives (Women) in contributing to Wikimedia projects. The main challenge or problem we are aiming to solve is the underrepresentation of housewives' knowledge and experiences on the Wikipedia and it's sister project specifically the commons due to regular pictures attitude of the females, which can lead to a limited diversity of perspectives. To address this challenge and bring about change, we are considering the following approaches:

1. Awareness and Outreach: One of the main approaches is to raise awareness among housewives about the importance of their contributions to Wikimedia. This will be done through various means, such as organizing meet ups, events specifically targeted at housewives. These activities will emphasize the value of their knowledge and encourage them to share it on Wikimedia platforms.
2. Training and Skill Development: Many housewives may not be familiar with the technical aspects of contributing to Wikimedia projects. Providing training sessions or tutorials on how to edit and contribute to Wikipedia can help build their confidence and skills. This will include teaching them how to create and edit articles, add references, and navigate the platform effectively.
3. Creating Supportive Communities: Building a supportive community is crucial for sustaining housewives' involvement in Wikimedia. We will establish online forums, social media groups, or local meetups where housewives can connect with other contributors, seek guidance, and share their experiences. This community-driven approach can provide encouragement, mentorship, and a sense of belonging.
4. Tailoring Content and Topics: It's essential to diverse interests and expertise of housewives and encourage contributions in areas that align with their experiences. By highlighting topics related to household management, parenting, arts and crafts, cooking, and other subjects that resonate with housewives, we can create an inclusive environment where their knowledge is valued.
5. Recognizing and Celebrating Contributions: Acknowledging and appreciating the contributions of housewives is crucial to sustaining their involvement. Recognize their efforts through features like editor spotlights, or collaborative projects that showcase their work. By highlighting their contributions, we will motivate other housewives to participate and feel a sense of pride in their involvement and right to education.

By implementing these approaches, we aimed to bring about a positive change by increasing the representation of housewives' knowledge and experiences on Wikimedia platforms. This not only enriches the content but also fosters inclusivity and diversity within the Wikimedia community and creating full support to gender equality in education at large.
