There has being a lot of projects and contributions from a number of new editors in several aspects of Wikipedia in Katsina region. Editors have being exposed to various Wikipedia sister projects in both Hausa and English, one step at a time but yet to be introduced to Wikidata and how it works. This project will thus, for the first time will cover the three major LGA's in Katsina, which are Daura, Katsina and Malumfashi; on Wikidata.

2. Describe your main approaches or strategies to achieve these changes and why you think they will be effective.

Wikidata is another most important aspects of Wikipedia and yet, many contributors do not fully understand Wikidata and how it works. This workshop will thus, focus on introducing editors to Wikidata from different parts of Katsina, Daura, Katsina and Malumfashi which are the Heart of the state.
