Le changement que je veux apporter est basé dans le domaine des couches vulnérable. Nous savons tous que les Handicapés sont des personnes ne pouvant pas exercer un certain nombre de travail, donc les faire connaître Wikimedia et les accompagner à s'impliquer beaucoup plus dans le mouvement, cela va leur permettre de se sentir beaucoup plus utile et considérer.
Ce projet Wiki Handicap Talent sera dans un premier temps, d'initier les personnes handicapées à Wikipedia et en suite , organisé un concours de création d'articles qui sera organisé entre quatre (4) centres des personnes en situation d'handicap .

Ça serait assez efficace dans la mesure ou ils sont apte à avoir plus de temps pour le faire...
