It's duly observed that most of the editors in Hausa community are not too conversant with Wiki Data, thus they rarely edit or make any contribution in wiki data. This is part of the main challenges facing the community. As much as Wiki data is important in the whole movement. Most of our editors are not editing or making any contribution in wiki data, they are also not engaging their campaigns with Wikidata.

This project seek to change this view, we want to organised workshop in order to make proper awareness and trainings in other to have Hausa community editors editing, contributing wiki data and, creating Wiki data items and linking Hausa Wikipedia article to wiki data.

1. First of all we will like to make Awareness on wiki data and also carried on in person training on wiki data.

2. We will organised 5 online training on how how to create Wiki data items and link of articles. One session each month.
3. We will link up 200 articles from Hausa Wikipedia to wiki data.
4. Create 50 wiki data items
5. Edit 50 wiki data items
