This innovative project actively mobilizes librarians, students, archivists and documentalists from Benin and Togo, brought together in a dedicated association. The initiative aims to create synergy between these key players in the field of information management and cultural heritage, by encouraging collaboration and knowledge exchange. By working within this association, participants will have the opportunity to contribute to educational projects, promote the preservation of cultural heritage and enrich online resources, and other individuals with a shared interest in promoting education, preserving cultural heritage, and contributing to online projects. Specialized training, workshops and collaborative events will be organized to strengthen skills and stimulate collaboration within this diverse community.
Prior to the activities, we plan to involve participants through online awareness campaigns, information sessions in libraries and educational establishments, as well as the dissemination of educational resources on Wikipedia editing. We are also using social media and online platforms to create a pre-event community, facilitating communication and the exchange of ideas.
During the activities, we will set up hands-on workshops, training sessions and collaborative contribution events to provide participants with practical experience. We encourage active participation, discussion and knowledge sharing throughout the activities.
After the activities, participants will be followed up by the creation of a dedicated online community where they can continue to exchange, ask questions and share experiences.

This includes an in-depth understanding of their current skills, their challenges and the specific areas where they wish to improve their knowledge.
We also seek to learn how to maximize the educational impact of our project. This includes designing training activities and workshops that are not only informative but also inspiring and motivating to encourage active participation.
In addition, we hope to gather knowledge on best practices to facilitate collaboration between librarians, students and other education stakeholders in the specific context of Benin. We want to understand how to create an environment conducive to the ongoing contribution and improvement of online educational resources.
Finally, we want to evaluate the effectiveness of our approach in promoting digital literature, source verification and educational content creation.
