The target participants are the staffs of Kad ICT Hub Kaduna. We will engage the participants before the event by promoting a general awareness by sharing flyers, notice board and school social media handles. After the events, we will create social media groups for helo and support purpose. we will follow up the participants by engaging them in to massive contribution to wikipedia especially mediawiki because all of the participants are software developers.
