1. What is the change that you are trying to bring about and why is this important.

Le Togo est un pays d'Afrique de l'Ouest dont la langue officielle est le français mais le nombre d'éditeurs actifs sur Wikipédia français est de 10 ou moins d'un mois à l'autre, comme on peut le voir ici. J'utilise ce projet pour présenter Wikipédia français à la communauté togolaise, en ciblant les enseignants de Lomé et en les gardant comme éditeurs actifs de Wikipédia français et par la suite d'autres projets Wikimédia.

Construire et engager une communauté : Je prévois de développer les compétences d'édition parmi les participants. La plupart des participants seront nouveaux et les initier à Wikipédia français sera efficace.

J'organiserai 6 ateliers/formations d'édition pour renforcer les compétences d'édition des participants.

1. Jour 1 et 2 : Introduction à Wikipédia, les bases de Wikipédia et les bases de l'édition avec des pratiques en direct à réaliser avec l'interface
2. Jour 3 et 4 : Évaluation des articles et des sources, des sources et des citations, des bacs à sable et de l'espace principal
3. Jour 5 et 6 : Plagiat et violation du droit d'auteur, contribution d'images et de fichiers multimédias et créations d'articles complets

Ma communauté cible sont les membres du Syndicat des enseignants du Togo (SET) dont je suis membre et les membres du Wikimedians Community User Group Togo non reconnu. Avant l'événement, je partagerai une notification sur notre groupe WhatsApp et lors de notre rencontre mensuelle. J'informerai certains membres par le bouche à oreille par des appels téléphoniques. Pendant les événements, les participants seront encouragés à rejoindre un groupe WhatsApp nouvellement créé où ils pourront poser des questions pendant et après les événements. Après l'événement, des conseils d'édition quotidiens et des sujets pour créer des articles ou des améliorations seront partagés sur le groupe WhatsApp. Je partagerai également des informations sur l'édition des campagnes et des concours avec les participants afin qu'ils puissent continuer à être actifs.

Je partagerai la politique UCoC à l'écran pour que tous les participants puissent la voir avant chaque événement.
