望む変化（大きな目標） 私の大きな目標は、現在および将来の日本人や日本語話者の言語能力、知的好奇心の向上に少しでも寄与することです。スマートフォンの普及や、Google検索の上位に表示されるようになったため、ウィキペディアの重要性は増しています。ウィキペディアは何かを調べるための絶好のガイドです。日本語版ウィキおよび日本語版ウィキペディアの参加者が良質な記事を書き、閲覧者がそれらを読むことが、私の目標を叶えるための方法のひとつです。もし私たちがこういった変化を起こすことができれば、他の言語版にも役立つでしょう。

- ルールや方針を守ることが重視されているわりに、初めにわかりやすくルールを提示しない。
上記の理由により、新規参入者は注意を受けやすい。そして、萎縮しやすい。

戦略
- 1.「変化を嫌う方」とは別のルートから、新規参加者のサポートをする。
- 2.問題を特定するために、さらなる調査を行う。
- 3.財団やほかのコミュニティからのお知らせルートの確立（そのための調査）
なぜ皆さんは取り組みがうまく進みそうだと想定しているのでしょう。
- うまくいくかどうかはまったくわかりません。うまくいくようにまず調査を行います。状況がわからなければ、対策の取りようもありません。
- 2023年から2024年前半にかけては、おもに上記戦略2（調査）と3（財団とのルートの確立）を行います。3はまず危機管理部門との連携を目指します。
- うまくいかなくても、戦略2（調査）を行えば、若干の問題点は見えてくるでしょう。
- アンケートや調査によって、コミュニティ内で「過小評価されてきた人」の意見や希望をすくい取ることはできるはずです。
- 調査データを公開することで、変化する必要を目にしてもらえることを期待しています。（個人が特定できない形で公開します）
2023年4月下旬から6月末までは、さらにそのための準備活動を行います。

- 私たちは、調査についての本や資料をたくさん読み、分析ソフトを設定し、評判の良いリサーチ会社を探します。私たちは現在のところ、調査についての知識はそれほどありません。大規模なリサーチは専門家に依頼するにしても、あまり知識のない状態で調査を行うのは無謀です。
