कही भी काम करते हैं, तो विकिपीडिया एक बार में समझ नहीं आता और आ भी जाए, तो बारंबार लोगों का व्यक्तिगत और कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से सम्पर्क करना पडता है। तब जाकर कोई कोई स्थानों से अच्छे कार्यकर्ता प्राप्त होते हैं। एक बार में तो मैंने भी नहीं आया था, जिसने मुझे प्रेरित किया था, उनको 1 वर्ष लगा था मुझे ये समझाने के लिये कि विकिपीडिया में संपादन करना चाहिए। प्रत्येक वर्ष निम्न प्रकार की प्रक्रिया होगी। 1) सेमिनार का आयोजन होगा 2) मोबाईल या कंप्युटर पर सम्पादन करना सिखाया जाएगा। 3) आर्टिकल को कैसे अच्छे से अच्छा बनाया जाए वो सिखाया जाएगा। 4) विकिपीडिया के लिये करने वाला संशोधन भी समझाया जाएगा। 5) पंचशील को सम्पादक में विकसित करके उनको अच्छा सम्पादक और प्रबन्धक स्तर तक जाने का मार्गदर्शन दिया जाएगा।
उक्त प्रक्रिया एक सेमिनार करने से नहीं पूर्ण होगी। एक ही युनि. में अनेक बार जाकर लोगों को प्रेरित करना पडेगा, उनको कुछ सुविधा भी देनी पडेगी क्योंकि भारत में अभी भी कम्प्यूटर सभी का भाग नहीं, तो वो देकर विकिपीडिया के प्रति उनको आकर्षित किया जा सकता है।

योग और संस्कृत में योगदान देकर वो संस्कृत विकिपीडाय में योगदान कर सके।
लकुलीश योग विश्वविद्यालय इसमें सहायता करेगा कि उनके विद्यार्थी और प्राध्यापक विकिपीडिया में अपना योगदान दे सकें। वैसे ही श्रीसोमनाथ संस्कृत विश्वविद्यालय और गुजरात युनिवर्सिटि भी इसमें सहायता करेंगे। कुछ अन्य युनिवर्सिटि भी हैं, जो आगे जाकर जुडेंगी।
प्रति दो माह में एक या प्रतिमाह एक सेमिनार के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षण को आगे बढाया जाएगा।

योग और संस्कृत के लिये सबको आकर्षित करना है, तो उनको इन दोनों विषय के महत्त्व समझाए जाएंगे। उसके लिये कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन होगा। उन सबको विकिपीडिया में संपादन कैसे करते हैं और उसमें आगे कैसे बढते हैं, ये समझाया जाएगा। राज्य स्तर के और राष्ट्र स्तर के इन्फ्लुन्सर् को बुलाया जाएगा, ताकि वो अधिक से अधिक हमारे विचार को फैलाने में सहायता कर सकें। आगे जाकर विडियो और अन्य माध्यमों से भी लोगों को आकर्षित किया जाएगा। समस्या ये है कि एकबार में किसी को सम्पादन के लिये मनाया नहीं जा सकता, बारंबार उनको मलिना पडेगा, उनकी समस्याओं को समझकर उसना मार्गदर्शन करना पडेगा, ताकि वो सहजता से संस्कृत विकि में योगदान कर सके। संस्कृत में सम्पादन करना सहज है, परन्तु संशोधन और भाषा शुद्धि भी आवश्यक है, तो उनको उसका भी प्रशिक्षण देना पडेगा। कुछ लोग संस्कृत जानते हैं, परन्तु कंप्युटर नहीं जानते तो उनको वो भी सिखाकर सम्पादन के लिये प्रेरित करना पडेगा। संस्कृत विकि में महिलाएं कदाचित् एक या दो हैं, वे भी अभी बहुत सक्रिय नहीं है, तो मैं नये महिला सम्पादकों को भी इसके लिये प्रेरित करना चाहता हूँ।
