	Grants Programs	ウィキメディア財団はフリーな知識について多様性、拡散、質と量を向上させるため、世界中で個人や組織を支援します。 個人と団体を支援する助成プログラムが3つあります。ウィキメディアコミュニティ基金、ウィキメディア協定基金（アライアンス基金）、ウィキメディア研究技術基金です。 それぞれのプログラム詳細。
	Funding by Countries	With the US sanctions, other challenges, and restrictions around funding from the grantee's local jurisdiction, there can be varying complexities with grant making. Check out the funding possibilities we have listed per country keeping in mind the challenges/restrictions for both the grantor and grantee.
	Fluxx 受給者ポータルでの登録	Fluxx 受給者ポータルを使いウィキメディア財団の助成金に申請することができます。 Learn how to register in Fluxx Grantee Portal and access your user portal. Registration requests on Fluxx are reviewed by our team manually. Please wait over three business days to receive the confirmation for login credentials from Fluxx. 	申請	Check out the application forms for your grant program. Learn more about the application process on Fluxx. Watch a sample application video. After your application has been submitted, please ensure you learn about the documentation and information requirements we have for different grantee types. Applicants can directly upload the required documents to the Fluxx portal by going to "My User Info".
	申請の要件	WMF requires the information and documents from the grant applicants to determine their eligibility to receive a grant under the US regulations from the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). The Foundation is required and committed to remaining in compliance with these regulations Learn more about the information on the regulatory compliance requirements.
	助成金を受け取ったら	We have instructions designed to help you confirm previously submitted information or provide missing information needed to process your grant. Read more to confirm the requested information to proceed to the next stage.

	未使用の助成金	助成金の返還に関する法的または規制上の要件については、受給者が責任を負います。助成金を受け取る前に、未使用の残りの助成金を返還できることを確認するか、返還できることを保証するためになんらかの適切な手段をとらなければなりません。Learn more about the information on returning/adjusting your remaining grant funds.
	受け取った助成金の変更	計画に変更があった場合、助成金合意にのっとり、受給者はウィキメディア財団(WMF)にその変更について知らせる必要があります。または助成金合意またはプログラム方針にのっとり、WMFに対しその変更について許可を求めなければなりません。Learn more about requesting changes for your grant application.
