- Project goal
- The goal of the project is to revitalize the fledgling Kapampangan Wikipedia by training more contributors and partner with already existing language organizations and concerned government agencies that are promoting the use of the Kapampangan language in schools. It will also closely work with universities where the language is spoken to encourage their students to contribute to its growth, through activities that will provide some incentives. It also aims to tap the Center for Kapampangan Studies and other universities to make its facilities regularly available to contributors of the Kapampangan Wikipedia.
Measures of success

- To increase article depth to 75 (currently at 21 as per List of Wikipedias)
- To have an average of 8 Active Editors (January to October 2013 average is 2.5)

Project scope and activities

- There will be three to four Kapampangan community meet-ups to be held either in San Fernando or Angeles City between March and May in coordination with relevant Kapampangan language organizations to help plan the program. During these meet-ups there will be discussions on the "user-friendliness" of the Kapampangan Wikipedia interface, and seek ways to improve it if needed to encourage wider participation.
- Invitations will be sent or made at the Department of Education in Pampanga province to solicit their input and support to encourage educators to develop content in the Kapampangan Wikipedia.
- An updated Kapampangan Wikipedia interface will be launched in time for the Language Month in August.
- Introduction to Wikipedia, writing workshops will be conducted in two to three universities between August to September.
- Campus-based Kapampangan Wikipedia writing contests will be conducted in October to November.
