• Polls are a common, and in many cases useful tool to enhance web content. To not only have data points, facts etc on a subject, but also a sampling of people's view on a subject.

Even if WP community chooses not to employ polls widely, it would still be a useful tool to have for some uses. Community policy related issues, hotly debated / controversial subjects, maybe more. A poll here & there could be just the tool needed to flesh out an otherwise difficult to obtain vision for "here we want to go as community". RetroTechie (talk) 21:19, 28 July 2018 (UTC)
