Describe your idea. How might it be implemented? edit
Provide details about the method or process of how you will evaluate your community or collect data. Does your idea involve private or personally identifying information? Take a look at the Privacy Policy for Wikimedia’s guidelines in this area.
Every time an article is created, it will not be published immediately, but instead sent off to 100 different randomly selected users with more than 50 edits on Wikipedia. These 100 random users will receive a notification asking them to (optionally) read through the article and edit any information that may be false or sounds biased.
Are there experienced Wikimedians who can help implement this project? edit
If applicable, please list groups or usernames of individuals who you can work with on this project, and what kind of work they will do.

After about two years, look back to some random articles with under 1,500 words, and if 85% or above of the articles show little signs of bias, I would consider this successful
How would your measurement idea help your community make better decisions? edit
After you are finished measuring or evaluating your Wikimedia project, how do you expect that information to be used to benefit the project?
I expect this will make Wikipedia truly a credible source of information on all or a very high percentage of articles.
Do you think you can implement this idea? What support do you need? edit
Do you need people with specific skills to complete this idea? Are there any financial needs for this project? If you can’t implement this project, can you scale down your project so it is doable?
I do not think I have the technical skills to create a screening program, so I would need someone to create a program like this and submit it to the admins. Of course then, the moderators would have to put this feature in the beta, and if working, then implement it directly to all Wikipedia articles under 2,000 words or a similar number.

- I think this is something that benefits heavily from crowdsourcing, and enables editors to track down bias at its source. It may seem like a small thing at first, but small biases add up, and this idea has the potential to truly change things in the long term in a way I don't feel any other idea suggested so far ever could.
