What is the problem you're trying to solve? edit

Underrepresentation of women in Wikimedia is not an issue of discrimination against them. Everybody can freely join and leave. Wikipedia content can be improved by anyone who want to do so, it's not a problem of representation.

What is your solution? edit

Make Wikimedia an open space without segregation of any kind whatsoever.
