Gender gap strategy/Additional initiatives

These initiatives are being worked on by individuals across the movement and we hope a team of folks will take them up in the future to create a more integrated strategy.

Support WEP and GLAM

Increase support for the Wikipedia Education Program (WEP) and GLAM work, where female participation is high.
