Abstract/description

Many of us toil hard within our area of interests, and it's sometimes hard to see progress. This presentation will step away from the coalface, to get better data-driven views of what we are creating together.

What I am hoping to achieve

  • After the session, participants will be inspired at the progress we make together.
  • After the session, participants will move along the hate-love axis in their relationship with SPARQL and the Wikidata Query Service.

Relationship to Wiki skills or to the theme

  • Participants will learn how SPARQL can be used to gather metrics measuring progress within a content field.
  • Participants will be provided with a resource of queries to adapt.
