  1. Wikipedia Timor Leste (tet.wikipeida.org) is not yet official group or community like other Wikipedia. What we do? They took initiative to make a small group call DWC (Dili Wikipedia Contributor) and watch the tutorial on Wikimedia Commons and YouTube to make a Wiki training. After that starting divide to 3 team (Team Contributor Team Upload Media and Team Translator). More then that we thing how to invite more people to our small Wikipedia. We looking for other organization are running on Open Source, they call Extra Box, we start to make an event. The first Event we made to introduce Wikipedia and what the impact Wikipedia in Education (2016). In Expo we share about our Wikipedia (tet.wikipedia.org) contribute in develop our Mother Tongue (2016). Seminar and Competition to increase the students to interact with Wikipedia (2017)
  2. Wikimedia Affiliations Committee (Affcomm) advises and makes recommendations regarding the recognition and existence of Wikimedia movement affiliates. Tanweer will explain the process of recognition as a user group or affiliate and help the community who would like to establish their local organisation.
