The Deoband Community Wikimedia participated and helped conduct a series of Movement Charter discourses as a part of the Movement Charter Ambassadors Program, targeting at the representation of DCW and the Indic-Urdu community in the Movement-wide Movement Charter consultations and feedbacks between October 15 and November 15, 2023.

The main part of the Ambassador program is to have conversations with our community and have their voices heard. The rough outline of conversations is stated below:
- 11 October 2023: MC Ambassadors Intro meet
- 25 October 2023: Meet with DCW and Indic-Urdu members in Delhi
- 2 November 2023: MCDC's November drop-in session
- 3 November 2023: Meet with Indic-Urdu Communiy members in Deoband
- 8 November 2023: Movement Charter Ambassadors meeting
- 11 November 2023: Final Group Discussion - Deoband Community Wikimedia
- 12 November 2023: One on One meet with Indic-Urdu editor in Deoband
