Commons Upload Wizard on Safari iOS

Problem: The commons mobile app can be used only on android devices and it's not easy at all to upload photos using a OS device via the current mobile browser version.
Who would benefit: all Iphones/Ipads users
Proposed solution: if a mobile app is not possible at least imporve the mobile browser version.
