Summary: Use the chapters to aid Wikinews reporting
Tasks:
- Brainstorm about how to use the chapters most effectively (use talk page?)
- Gather info from chapters which do this already (fr?)
- Formulate guidelines for chapters to follow when helping Wikinewsies
- Spread the word to chapters
