What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - Wikivoyage is ten years being part of the Wikimedia family. To celebrate, Wikimedia Small Projects with the support of the linguistic communities involved in the project, have organized this contest to raise awareness of the language versions of the project and get more people on board.

@Galahad: At least once per week I go through CentralNotice/Request and check for all open applications. Yours is not listed there which is why I did not create it yesterday. @Galahad: Sadly, I have some questions before I can create the campaign. As this does not only target logged-in users, local communities should be made aware on their village pumps that this campaign will take place (including Commons). Furthermore, the landing page should be marked as translatable. I was about to set English and Spanish because there's at least a Spanish link at the end (I could also link directly to the Spanish landing page). I cannot see any Chinese translations yet.
