What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign? edit

Description - To inform all visitors of participating Wikipedia about Wikipedia Asian Month, on the French Wikipedia. 2023 is the 9th edition of Wikipedia Asian Month, for all Wikipedias, including French one. FYI, a similar CentralNotice request has also been sumbitted for the Czech-speaking edition (CentralNotice/Request/Wikipedia Asian Month CS 2023)

@Daxipedia: I've been on vacations and obviously, no other CentralNotice administrator worked on this request. I've created the campaign (limited to those countries with French as official language, that was not a problem) and banner. Please check both and the preview.
