What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - In late September and early October, Wikimedia Ukraine will hold its Wikiconference, the largest annual gathering of the Ukrainian Wikimedia community. It will be held online and as several local wikimeetups. It would be highly beneficial to spread the word about the conference as widely as possible for more people to participate. Registration is open until September 21st.

Metrics - 70 participants of the conference, 10 sessions recorded and available for after-the-conference use
