The photo contest Wiki Loves Public Space in Belgium in July and August 2017 enables volunteers to take photos from the public environment, including modern buildings, public artworks, cultural heritage monuments and memorials. This is this year possible for the first time during the full summer thanks to the law change in July 2016 which implemented Freedom of Panorama in Belgium. This photo contest is similar to Wiki Loves Monuments, only with a wider scope. (In 2017 no Wiki Loves Monuments contest will take place in Belgium.) Romaine (talk) 15:58, 25 June 2017 (UTC)
