Description - From March 1 to April 4 2021, the chapters and user groups of Latin America are launching the editing contest

"Mujeres con Calle" (in english "Women in the streets"), so we can make visible the women who bear their names on the streets. This initiative, framed in the month of women was organized in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 with approximately 4000 articles edited. So we will need a banner for this year too. To do it we want to invite all the Wikimedia user groups and chapters to the contest. We invite each group, from its place and context, to push and join this proposal, whose main objective is to improve the content on women Wikipedia, taking into account, also the quality.

Metrics - Page views. New articles improved and created.

Banners - "Del 1 de marzo hasta el 4 de abril puedes participar del concurso global "Mujeres con Calle". Traduce y crea artículos sobre las mujeres que dan nombre a las calles de nuestros pueblos, ciudades o provincias y que aún no están en Wikipedia."

Hello @Yair rand. This banner is for a campaign that will be carried out throughout Latin America and we are organizing it among various chapters in the region. @Cftoro (WMCL): CentralNotice banners require a comment period of at least seven days, and the target wiki (in this case the Spanish Wikipedia) must be notified of the Meta-Wiki discussion beforehand. --Yair rand (talk) 23:47, 23 February 2021 (UTC)
