What is the purpose of Campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign? edit

Description - This Inspire Campaign is focused bringing in community ideas on on outreach to and collaboration with outside sources of knowledge that can help improve Wikimedia projects. These include ideas for GLAM-type projects, but can also include other organizations (e.g. cultural centers), experts, and collaborations between multiple institutions and Wikimedians.

Metrics - Number of ideas submitted and number of participants (sum of # of individuals submitting an idea, joining, or leaving feedback on an idea.
