What is the purpose of Campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - Invitation of contributors and the public to the annual Czech Wikiconference (3rd December 2016), the largest Wikimedia event in the country, hosted by Wikimedia Czech Republic. See central notices in previous years: 2014, 2015

Metrics - Number of people who sign up for the conference. In 2014, the banner was the single most important source of audience for the conference – 28 % people indicated they had learnt about the conference in this way.
