What is the purpose of Campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - The WMF's Anti-Harassment Tools Team is conducting a survey, as a part of our annual and quarterly goals, to create measurements on how to better support admins as they participate in dispute resolution. This includes measuring how well current tools, training, and information exists for admins in recognizing and mitigating things like sockpuppetting, vandalism, and harassment. This is specifically designed to learn more about and improve the admin experience.

Metrics - completion rate of survey with a minimum of a 100 responses

What banner(s) will you use? What will be your landing page?

Banners - This icon on one side, with a border in green, with text that reads "The WMF is conducting a survey for admins on mitigating vandalism, sockpuppeting, and harassment."

Landing Page - A to-be-created anchored section on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Community_health_initiative_on_English_Wikipedia which will include more information about the survey and a link to a Google form.
