What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - From March 8-22 of 2022, the chapters and user groups of Latin America are launching two activies for women's month. The first one is an editing contest called "¡Alto! Mujeres trabajando" (in english "¡Caution! Women at work"), whose main purpose is to make visible women who are underrepresented in their field of work. The second aqctivity is a campaign in Commons, where we aim to collect images that represent women in all professions.

This initiative, framed in the month of women was organized in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 with approximately 5000 articles edited. So we will need a banner for this year too. To do it we want to invite all the Wikimedia user groups and chapters to the contest. We invite each group, from its place and context, to push and join this proposal, whose main objective is to improve the content on women Wikipedia, taking into account, also the quality.

Metrics - Page views. New articles improved and created. Numer of photos uploaded in Commons.
