Abstract
During this general introduction to Wikidata, you will learn more about the free knowledge base, how it is connected to Wikipedia and the other Wikimedia projects, and how it can be used to support minority languages. We will present several projects related to languages or cultures that are based on Wikidata's data. We will also give you some insights on how to improve the visibility of your favorite language in Wikidata.

General understanding of Wikidata, how it works and how it can support all languages. Curiosity to dig deeper into Wikidata and its related tools.
