Q: What are your best contributions to Wikipedia, and why?

A: My best and favorite work is in article creation and improvement. I don't work in a certain sphere of any fixed topic, I have created or contributed to four articles which are bought to Good Article status. Apart from that I have contributed extensively on 60+ articles of which umpteen number are DYKs. I was also able to turn a list into an FL. I also enjoy article rescue - by which I mean, finding articles that are about notable subjects but are in poor shape or in danger of deletion, and bringing them up to Wikipedia standards by rewriting and better sourcing. This doesn't mean I'm an "inclusionist"; I strongly believe in maintaining standards for inclusion here, and most of my AfD !votes are "delete". But it means I always have an eye out for a way to retain valuable material through improvement or merger. I'm currently one of the Arbitration Committee clerk and I've experience of dealing in heated areas. Jim Carter (talk) 06:28, 22 December 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Q: What kind of support you are looking for?

A: I'm looking for training support, which can help me in passing the "hell weak" without a glitch. Thanks! Jim Carter (talk) 06:28, 22 December 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]

    • Hi, thanks for this wonderful opportunity to become more efficent in my future adminship works, however due to shortage of free time I have been less active on the project. Furthermore, I didn't wish to run for adminship any sooner than 2017. So I would like to revoke the request I had made earlier for training. Thank you.
