Overview edit
During this quarter the Odia Wikipedia campus program at Indian Institute of Mass Communications (IIMC), Dhenkanal was initiated with an orientation followed by a practice session. More follow-up workshops will be conducted as part of this program in the upcoming months. 67 books from seven different notable authors were relicensed under CC-by-SA 4.0 license during this quarter. Out of these 67 books, 25 have encyclopedic and will benefit Odia Wikipedia along with Odia Wikisource. It is important to notice that 4 of these 25 books have been relicensed by the effort of long-standing Odia Wikimedian Mrutyunjaya Kar. A few students from Indian Institute of Science (IISC), Bangalore who took interest in contributing to science related articles on Odia Wikipedia were supported in creating new articles and enhancing existing ones.

Note: During preparation of this report (20 January 2015), the statistics for December 2014 for Odia Wikipedia were not available. Statistical figures have been anticipated based on live database dump for December.
During this quarter though the trends in all the sections show sustainability and not much significant change.
Total Editors edit
Total number of editors grew in the second month of this quarter and remained almost the same for the third December. However, the third month being an interpretation based on the previous month and statistics data dump it might show growth in reality.
New Editors edit
The number of new editors shows growth in the second month and a small fall in the third month of this quarter whereas it was always a growth in the previous quarter of this year and the same quarter of last year. The Odia Wikimedia community and CIS-A2K were involved in collaboratively setting up the Odia Wikisource that went live in the 3rd week of October. Significant amount of time also was spent in bringing new Wikisourcers and organizing a major event "Odia Wikisource Sabha 2014" which might have affected Odia Wikipedia in some manner.
Active Editors edit
The number of active editors has peaked up with a sign of some growth whereas it went down in the previous quarter.
Very Active Editors edit
The number of very active editors has been the same and it is a concern as it has been low historically. More effort needs to be put in place to improve this.
