Affiliations Committee/Resolutions/Appointment of Arne Klempert as adviser – August 2012
- Whereas the Chapters Committee recognises the need of governance and organisational advice,
- Whereas the Chapters Committee may appoint advisers by majority vote at any time,
- Whereas Arne Klempert has served the Chapters Committee as an adviser between 2006 and 2008 and as a Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees' liaison between 2010 and 2012,
- It is resolved that Arne Klempert is appointed as an adviser to the Chapters Committee for a term ending on December 31, 2013.
