Outcome
editThe sessions on creating logic models, creating reports in different formats, and storytelling were quite useful. I see applying the learning from these in envisioning and planning specific Wikipedia events. The storytelling inputs can also be used to propose new activities to the Foundation as well as the community.
Learnings
edit- Video Reporting would be an engaging and helpful way of recording an activity.
- Storytelling can be applied in putting together a concise and effective pitch.
- Logic models for long term and short term activities.
- Initiatives within language communities to overcome the gender gap.
- Outreach initiatives for Wikiclubs, and government collaborations.
Review
edit- What worked well?
- Every participant shared their experience and inputs throughout the workshop. This was very helpful in gathering different perspectives. Questions and suggestions were welcome in all sessions. There was diversity of subjects and expertise in the sessions.
- What didn't work well?
- What do you think could have been done better?
- More time could have been spent on some sessions as they seemed rushed.
