As with some other submissions above, this is very similar to the Meta logo, and I think we should be going for something unique, and more inspired by Wikivoyage itself. --Peter ^Talk 21:02, 19 July 2013 (UTC)

The right one (version 2) is much clearer than version 1. However, I don't like the plane so much as symbol here. It looks too much like an airport-sign at the side of the road to me. It also suggests that Wikivoyage is only for 'far travels' which is (as far as i know) not necessarily the case. Effeietsanders (talk) 11:16, 24 July 2013 (UTC)
