Georgia Piedmont Wikimedians
Georgia Piedmont Wikimedians is a community user group representing all Wikimedians in the Georgia Piedmont region of the United States, officially recognized on February 25, 2016.

Our mission as a user group is to conduct regular Wikimedian meetups, provide outreach and assistance to non-Wikimedian organizations in the area, and provide funding and assistance at edit-a-thons and other events that are within our purview.
The group has conducted 10 informal meetups since 2011, two of them were photo-hunts to capture historic monuments around Atlanta.
Anyone interested in participating is welcome to sign up below, as we are welcoming to both Wikimedians and non-Wikimedians of all backgrounds and beliefs. Please place your name under the line "Supporters" if you are interested in joining this user group.
