- applying for simple annual plan grant for Brazilian Wikimedia chapter.
- Also doing reporting of previous year's grant.
- Closing out this year's Wiki Loves Monuments campaign.
- Personally, occupied with two projects.
- One is the relationship with Museu do Ipiranga.
- Another is the Wikimedia & Education Workshops: open education in Brazil and Wikimedia platforms (https://pt.wikiversity.org/wiki/Oficinas_Wikimedia_%26_Educa%C3%A7%C3%A3o).
- Part of this project is meeting community members to create a network of support to assist educators into using Wikimedia materials. ***The target community for support is educators who need Portugeuse langauge materials to teach.
- Also I would like to share that I am leaving Wikimedia Brazil work group after one year and accepting a position as GLAM coordinator for the Wikimedia Foundation.

- Giovanna:I would like to ask if there is a conflict of interest in my remaining in this group now that I will leave my Wikipedian in Residence position and joining the Wikimedia Foundation
- Giovanna raised this issue as she accepted a position at the Wikimedia Foundation
- can Wikimedia Foundation people join WREN meetings?
- Andrew says yes - the group can ask them to leave if there are private issues to discuss
- Lane says yes for wiki editors like Giovanna but prefers no for WMF staff who are not Wikimedia community members

- Giovanna presented on GLAM initiatives in the Wikimedia community
- Giovanna gave an update on the Braziliian National Museum fire, which got a lot of attention within two months of its occurance but not many updates after
- Brazil has a system of 4 steps of GLAM engagement for museum partners, presented this for the first time in English
