Affiliate health criteriaDiscussion on where to start. Perhaps start with leadership and roles and a way to grow the engagement within those who are already members. How can people grow in their roles and responsibilities within the user group? Discussion about possible organizational structures and ways to get grants or funding. There are a number of funding opportunities that could be worth pursuing. However, we agreed on starting on getting our internal structure clear first so that we have a good foundation. Decision: Get a strategy for the user group ready by mid-october so that we can start working on concrete goals for 2025 for the user group. |
User group strategyWe started looking at the initiatives in the Movement strategy. To get people started, we should ask them about their dreams about what the user group should do if we had unlimited resources, and then sort and align that with the movement strategy and refine a user group strategy based upon that. |
