Wikimedia meetings proposal
This is a proposal to have Wikimedia meetings every 15.125 days.
It may be useful to have set times for open Wikimedia meetings. Rather than waste time trying to figure out when everyone is free, which is becoming increasingly difficult, it is proposed that meetings will be held every 15.125 days and people can choose to attend those which fit in with their plans.
The times and days rotate each meeting, meaning it doesn't matter which timezone you're in or which days of the week you are free, since there should always be at least one meeting a year you can attend.
Obviously, not everyone is expected to go to every meeting, or even most meetings. If other meetings are needed in between, those can be arranged in the normal way, but this proposal prevents trying to arrange a meeting every two weeks.
