Agenda

The meeting wrapped up early as there were not enough board members present to form a corum.

General Update

• Due to load-shedding board members to get UPS to assist with connection due to the ongoing load-shedding, budget is available.
• Deon struggling withing the Afrikaans academy to do training on Wikipedia, looking into doing online training maybe there is availability. Try to do weekend training
• Annual meet-up upcoming coming Saturday

Outstanding AGM items

• AGM pack was sent out to the mailing list, the pack includes the annual report.
• Board members are encouraged to fill in the registration, form incase they cant attend the AGM meeting.
• WikiIndaba is still being organized. Bobby, we will use travel agents for flights, Bobby went to the bank to seek information to apply for a credit card for payments when in Rwanda.3
