RECOGNIZING that Wikimedia Philippines was granted recognition as the Philippine chapter of the Wikimedia Foundation on March 13, 2010;
REALIZING that both the Wikimedia Foundation and Wikimedia Philippines are aware that no Chapter Agreement has been executed between both parties;
It is hereby RESOLVED,
- The Chapter Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "(the) Agreement") between the Wikimedia Foundation and Wikimedia Philippines is hereby approved.
- The Agreement shall take effect immediately upon its receipt by the Wikimedia Foundation.
